to put up a background picture you upload a picture somwhere that will host your pictures for you. I think blogspot might actually do this, I use photobucket.com Once you upload the picture, go to "template" its two away from "posting" and scroll down to where you see
"body { " without the quote marks. then type
background : url(http://img.photobucket.com/whatever your picture name is) ;
don't forget the semi-colon. (lol Naz, parse error!)
There might be easier ways, I'm not sure, this is just how I did it. you can also specify things like "center" or "right" and the size. Just try random words before the semi colon and see if it works. haha. Hope this helps.

Hi.. and.. Thank you.. I will memorize this information and will work on it shortly. As bold as my posts have become I am not sure I am confident enough to post my picture yet.
